KEOKUK, IOWAFAMILY OWNED. DIRT RAISED.

OFF THE TRACK. STILL A RACING FAMILY.

We’ll be back.
Count on it.

While nobody on the team is racing, this site serves as the Hamelton Racing archive—photos, race records and family stories.

When racing resumes, it will be the team’s active racing website again, with schedules, results, sponsors and updates.

THE SAME FAMILY. THE NEXT CHAPTER.

Racing has always
been part of the family.

It started with drag racing. Then came the dirt tracks, modifieds, stock cars, karts, Figure 8s and liquid-fuel RC cars. Different cars, different years, the same family name.

These days, weekends belong to the kids. Jim has been retired since 2008, and Justin has retired too. Kyle, Michael and Kandice carried the team into the next chapter. We’ll be back when the time is right.

A CAR FOR DAD

Jim’s colors.
Kyle’s tribute.

Kyle brought back the green-and-purple look for a tribute to his dad, Jim. The hood carries a picture of Jim’s 77 and a message: “Dad, Thanks for All the Help Through All the Years.”

STILL HERE, ALL THESE YEARS LATER

The website that started it.

Justin built his first racing website himself. It inspired a site for the whole team. We saved the pages, the photos, and a little piece of the old web.
